Rapidair Systems Shipping and Returns
We endeavour to ship all orders same day if order placed before 10am. Orders placed after this time are generally shipped next day.
We primarily use Couriers Please as our shipper of choice and DHL Express for urgent shipments and all international deliveries.
NOTE: We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If our shipping estimator is not working, this is usually the cause. We need a street address.
Tracking is provided for all orders and contact numbers in the unlikely event that there are problems getting the Rapidair Compressed Air piping solutions delivered to you with links to our Couriers in the above paragraph.
If you choose to have your order left if you are NOT at home and choose to tick the Authority to Leave box, the responsibility is yours. If the parcel is not delivered or you cannot find it when the tracking says it is delivered, please contact us to discuss as we do have Transit protection as part of our service with Shippit for any deliveries booked after the 29th of September 2021.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – Please note for ALL shipments to countries other than Australia, ALL import Taxes/Duties charged by the Country the goods are being imported to are the responsibility of the Buyer. Rapidair Systems are NOT liable for these charges
At the end of the day the courier delivery of our products is the one aspect of our business where we have the least control. We get all sorts of advice from our customers that we should use X company or Y but they all have their faults and it is annoying to all when a parcel goes missing/is delayed. We insure all our shipments so you will never ‘lose’ your money, sometimes this frustrating process can just take some time and for this we ask your patience.
All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge, plus collection fee, (dependent on weight) + GST. This excludes the Pipe Bender and Straightening tools which have an agreed Hire policy explained per page
SPECIAL ORDERS are non-returnable, This is non-negotiable.
Requests to return goods must be made within 7 days from date of delivery note or 21 days from order date, whichever is the lesser.
Returned goods must be unused and in good working order, and all packaging unopened.
Goods are not to be returned without an authorised returns note (An email from Rapidair will suffice) stating Rapidair Systems return number.
Rapidair Systems decision whether to accept return or cancellation is an independent decision based on our own business policies, and is not dependent solely on whether the original manufacturer or our supplier will accept the goods back for return or cancellation of the order. Therefore direct contact by any of our customers to our suppliers will not be entertained and will, in fact, result in an automatic rejection of that returns claim by us
